Warming Up for the Andes

This morning Wes finished his first triathlon - it was a sprint distance - 1/4 mile swim in the gulf, 15 mile bike, and 3 mile run. The location was Crystal River, FL. Laura was on hand to cheer him on and take the race photos. Next year she might join him. :-)


Wes won the novice (first-time doing a triathlon) category. The race went like this:
