Bees eat from mushrooms too

This was a surprise to us, to find this mushroom that bees were flocking to.

Laura's sampling continues, and the insect collection grows. We've been in little Quzzara except for a weekend escape to the French bakery in town. They have wonderful chocolate croissants and excellent baguettes that we just decided we have to bring more of back up the mountain. Usually we come back from town with backpacks stuffed with the weekly necessisities, at least packaged food, cheese, meat and other things we can't get in Quizzara.

We only have about a month left in Quizzara, with some trips planned in the near future to an indigenous reserve near Panama, to Bocas del Toro on the Carribean coast of Panama, and to a weeding in Cartago, just outside of San Jose.
